Variantic can be integrated with CRM systems – both off-the-shelf (such as those from BS4) and dedicated company solutions. This allows each configuration to be automatically saved as a lead, sales opportunity or order element in the CRM system. We support both one-way data transfer (from the configurator to the CRM) and two-way synchronization – e.g. to read data about contractors or pricing terms.

Variantic’s configurator can be embedded as a web component – that is, a user interface element that runs within any web page or web application. This architecture enables full communication with the environment, such as reading parameters from a URL, passing configuration results to external JavaScript or responding to user events. This paves the way for advanced integrations with B2B, B2C platforms, partner panels or ordering systems.
Variantic Integration Connector is a proprietary connector that enables secure, encrypted communication between Variantic configurators and ERP systems or other external applications.
It allows dynamic price calculation based on configuration parameters and an automatically generated BOM. Data can be filtered and passed to the ERP system, which returns, for example, price, availability or variant performance. As a result, the customer sees an immediate result based on actual business data.
