From configurator to production – full automation of data flow

After importing the data, the CAD system automatically recreates a detailed 3D technological model, according to the customer’s configuration – taking into account all dimensions, components, materials and accessories. Then, based on it, full technical documentation is generated, including: drawings with dimensions and technological markings, precise bills of materials (BOM), machining files for CNC machines (NC code, nesting files, etc.).

This makes it possible to automate the entire cycle: from the customer’s click in the configurator to production preparation in the technology department – without the need for manual data transfer or duplication of design work.

Precise BOMs – ready for manufacturing and logistics

Variantic generates accurate and filtered bills of materials (BOMs) based on configuration. Each BOM takes into account the actual components: profiles, panels, glass, hardware, fasteners or accessories – according to user selection and configuration rules.

The statement can be used directly by the production, technology or logistics department as: a complete purchasing list, a basis for production calculations, input for order planning or a source of information for machine operators.
